Construction

A three-sided frame mitred together at the front corners is nailed to the bottom of the chest; the feet and their blocks are attached to the frame. The back board is fasten to the back edge of the bottom board.

Notes

The practice of attaching the feet to a three-sided frame nailed to the bottom board is typical of Providence.
