Construction

The slant-front and the case sides are each comprised of two pieces of walnut. The exterior drawer bottoms are two piece. Cut nails are used throughout the construction. Vertical saw marks are evident on the interior of the backboards. The PR rear foot is replaced. Examined by P. E. Kane, October 5, 2002.
