The oblong marble top has a molded edge, slightly inset serpentine front corners, a straight front and sides, and an unfinished back edge. It is fixed to its conformingly shaped skirt by gravity above. The straight front and side rails are tenoned and double-wood-pinned to the tops of the legs, which have slightly outset panels, the front legs? being serpentine, the rear legs? square. The interior corners of each leg top are square and accompanied by vertical rectilinear glue blocks. Curvilinear chamfers mark the transitions from each legs? top panel to its tapered shaft, which ends in full-disc shod pad feet with chamfered bottoms. Examined by P. E. Kane, J. S. Gordon, J. N. Johnson, C. Eskridge, and T. B. Lloyd, January 19, 2016; notes compiled by T. B. Lloyd.
