The circular top has a square edge with slightly rounded corners. In the center of its upper surface is a screw. On its underside is a cleat with rounded ends and chamfered edges, fixed with six countersunk screws. Into the cleat is doweled a spool- and flattened-ball turned pedestal with a cylindrical base with incised lines and a turned drop finial. Into the cylindrical portion of the pedestal are doweled three raking legs with vasiform and cylindrical turnings. Examined by P. E. Kane and J. N. Johnson, March 5, 2014; notes compiled by T. B.
